PRODUCTION FACILITIES
Due to our customer satisfaction oriented focus in our business since 1979, we now are operating 4 production facilities, two in-house facility and our own tooling shop, creating a whole pack service to our valued customers. With our investment in technology, infrastructure and human capital we proceed with our goal of being a sustainable supplier with continous growth.
Established in 1979, our Luleburgaz facility has moved to its current location in 1982. Currently the facility spreads over 15.000 m² open and 9.000 m² closed area. This facility is the home of our company's PET preform injection molding and injection strech blow molding production lines in addition to injection molding of PE, PP and EVA for the manufacture of closures.
Founded orginially in 2007, our Gebze plant had moved to its current location in 2014. The plant expands over 14.500 m² close space and consists of blown products production floor, injection molded parts production floor and a warehouse capable of storing 5500 palets of finished goods. This plant is also the home for our tool shop floor. Gebze plant serves our customers all year around.
First founded in 2001, our Izmir plant had moved to its current location in 2006. The facility has approximately 8.500 m²closed space for manufacturing and storage. Bottles made with injection strech blow molding technology from PET resin are the main focus. Izmir plant serves our customers with its 3500 palet finished good storage capacity all around the year.
Our Ayvalık in-house facility was established in 2001. By feeding packaging directly to the production line, in-house solutions eliminate any problem that may arise during logistics. Also, by not requiring additional packaging during transportation,cost that arises from consumption of these goods are eliminated. In-house facilities are the perfect combination of sustainability and feasibility, benefiting both the nature and your firm.
